INCM Leadership Update

Michayla White has resigned from her position as CEO effective June 2. Michayla has served on the staff of INCM for nearly 9 years. She took leadership of the ministry in 2017 and brought new passion, vision, and health to INCM. In her almost 9 years of ministry with INCM she has held 3 different roles and multiple titles, she will forever be embedded into the history and framework of our ministry. And we are so thankful for her leadership.

We walked away defeated. Another week where our plans were ruined, or so we thought, by five unruly 4th-grade boys. Later that week as I met with our Children’s Ministry Leadership team, we talked about the possible next steps. We’d been praying that these boys would cooperate for months. We prayed that their hearts would change and their behavior would improve.
