INCM is thankful to have the governance leadership of our Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for ensuring the mission of INCM is being accomplished through all that we do. The accountability and support they provide to the INCM staff team is driven by a passion to see children’s ministry leaders connected to what they need to shape the future of the Church.
For the past several decades Kim has led children’s and student ministries at the local church while also leading initiatives around adoption and foster care. As an adoptive mom and special needs grandma, Kim is passionate about creating environments where all kids feel safe, included and welcome. Through speaking, writing and coaching Kim works with parents and church leaders to help equip volunteer teams, strengthen families and train parents. Kim and her husband Mark love spending time with their five kids and ten grandkids.
