INCM Staff

HEATHER EICHLER, Executive Director

Heather Eichler serves as Executive Director of INCM. She considers it a privilege to lead a ministry and team with a longstanding history of equipping and encouraging children’s ministry leaders around the world.

Heather brings two decades of experience in kids and family ministry leadership, including serving in a small portable church, a large multi-site church, and five years coaching and consulting ministry leaders nationwide. She is passionate about helping the next generation develop a deep, lifelong faith and believes that one of the greatest ways to impact the faith of children and families is by investing in the leaders who disciple them in the local church. She is honored to champion children’s ministry leaders every day through INCM.

Heather, her husband Jason, and their family call Central Florida home and enjoy the beaches and any excuse to ride a roller coaster.

DAVID KIM, Finance Director

With more than 15 years experience as an accountant in a family office, David developed a passion for financial stewardship and helping mission driven organizations thrive. David was first introduced to INCM as a resource provider, after launching Sprout Box Kids. As his partnership with INCM grew, so did his desire to become more involved, eventually leading him to help oversee the organization’s financial needs.

David serves as Finance Director, helping steward INCM’s financial resources so that children’s ministry leaders can be equipped and INCM can continue to grow and expand its impact. Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf, attending his kids’ baseball and soccer games and spending time with his family of five in Illinois.

YANET COOMBES, Resource Director & CPC Coordinator

Yanet’s journey with INCM began as a volunteer at the Children’s Pastors Conference and has grown into nine years serving on the INCM staff team. Today, as Resource Director & CPC Coordinator, she combines more than two decades of children’s ministry experience with her expertise as a Certified Exhibition Manager to create experiences, resources, and partnerships that equip children’s ministry leaders.

Throughout her time at INCM, Yanet has developed ministry resources, designed programs, and cultivated relationships with trusted resource providers to help leaders find solutions that strengthen their ministries. Having served in children’s ministry leadership in both mid-sized churches and small church plants, she understands the everyday challenges leaders face and is passionate about helping them thrive.

Outside of work, Yanet enjoys learning new skills, building projects, cooking, and making memories with her husband of 24 years and their family.

LIZA GANT, Training Director

Liza Gant has an extensive background in and a deep passion for children’s discipleship. After investing more than two decades in Children’s Ministry and Next Gen leadership at a large multi-site mega church, she joined INCM in 2024 as the Training Director. She loves bringing her experiences from leading global family mission trips, training leaders, and equipping parents to raise lifelong interdependent followers of Jesus to the INCM Community.

Additionally, Liza is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Liza loves spending time with her family – her husband of almost 20 years and 4 active kiddos ranging in age from elementary to high school – out on the sports fields, ski slopes, and wherever her two dogs take them.

DANELLE SCHLICHENMAYER, Communications & Marketing Specialist

Danelle Schlichenmayer serves as the Communications & Marketing Specialist at INCM. With twelve years of experience leading elementary ministry in her local church, she brings hands-on insight into what kids ministry leaders are experiencing and what they need to do ministry well. Danelle first discovered INCM through the Engage program and she’s been a champion of INCM ever since.

A natural go-getter and lifelong learner, Danelle thrives on developing new skills and fresh ideas to communicate clearly and effectively with the leaders INCM serves. She believes wholeheartedly that children’s ministry is the most important ministry in the church.

Danelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a Master’s degree in Children’s and Family Ministry. Outside of work, you’ll find Danelle adventuring outdoors with her husband and two kids or laughing with friends over coffee.

DEANNA PEACOCK, Volunteer Coordinator

Deanna Peacock sensed God’s call to children’s ministry at just eight years old and began serving in her neighborhood church soon after. She spent more than a decade serving in children’s ministry before transitioning to child welfare, where she continues to champion the safety, connection, and well-being of children and their caregivers. She is passionate about equipping parents and caregivers with trauma-informed tools that help children experience the security and connection needed to thrive.

Having first served as a CPC volunteer, Deanna now serves as Volunteer Coordinator, giving her a firsthand appreciation for the vital role volunteers play in strengthening the CPC community. She considers it a privilege to encourage and support those who faithfully serve the Church every day.
