As the Executive Director for INCM, Michayla oversees the ministry of INCM and provides guidance for initiatives that inspire and equip the kidmin community. For the past eleven years, she has had the privilege of serving in children’s and family ministry. Prior to joining INCM, she served at a non-profit children’s ministry organization in various capacities like media production, digital strategy, conferences, partnerships, and ministry program design. She has also enjoyed consulting for ministry friends and organizations. Michayla has a Bachelor’s in Psychology with specializations in Christian Counseling and Life Coaching from Liberty University. Her passion for children’s ministry started in middle school, and she was always involved in all aspects of her church’s children’s ministry. These experiences solidified a burning passion in her heart to serve those who serve children and families.
Michayla married her best friend and childhood sweetheart. They are having a blast raising two little boys.
Tracy is the Operations Director at INCM. She’s been a part of INCM since January of 2015. She is a Certified Meeting Professional and enjoys using her love of details and logistics to help connect children’s ministry leaders to community and places where learning, refreshment, and inspiration can occur.
As a lifelong Chicagoland native, Tracy enjoys the crazy season changes and deep-dish pizza. On the weekends you can find her volunteering as the service producer at her church, and she plays oboe with the local civic orchestra. Tracy and her husband enjoy taking spur-of-the-moment weekend trips now that the kids have flown the coop.
Marketing Specialist & Web Developer
Jason serves as the Marketing Specialist for INCM, and also develops and manages the websites and systems. God has given him incredible opportunities to work for a large financial corporation, and build his own company that helps businesses grow and thrive with marketing that works.
Jason has served in children’s ministry, youth ministry, and anywhere else that’s needed. He also coaches middle school boys basketball, and enjoys staying active with sports and outdoor adventures.
Yanet serves as the Resource Manager for INCM. Her Ministry life started 13 years ago when she started in Children’s Ministry alongside her children. She was called into full-time ministry and served as a volunteer Children’s Ministry Director for 6 years prior to her start here at INCM. Her knack for business shines, having run 2 small businesses herself. Her understanding of Ministry and Business allows her to serve our Resource Providers with great passion. Her heart is to resource the kidmin community with the best that’s out there.
Yanet is a fun loving, passionate friend and is often referred to as the gal who loves LipStick, but her favorite titles are “partner in crime” to her husband of 15 years and Mom to her four amazing kids.
Mahogany serves as the Training Manager for INCM. She is passionate about seeing children’s ministry leaders get connected to all that they need to serve kids and families. She comes to INCM from serving for almost 7 years as a full-time Children’s Pastor at New Life in Christ Church in O’Fallon, IL. She is also a graduate of Bethel Seminary where she earned a Master of Arts in Children’s and Family Ministry.
Mahogany actively listens to the children’s ministry community’s needs and questions, and loves to serve them with a joyful and prayerful spirit. Her favorite things to do are spend time with her husband, enjoy a good cup of coffee, or even better… enjoy a good cup of coffee with great friends!
Customer Care Specialist
In addition to her duties at INCM, Kelly serves as Director of Children’s Ministry at her church. Kelly is a native of California where she was blessed to grow up in a Christian family. She became a believer at the age of 5 and was baptized at the age of 8. She holds a Bachelor degree in Liberal Studies with a teaching credential in K-12 education.
She and her husband, Mike, have three adult children and a son-in-law. Kelly is passionate for children to come to know and love Jesus as their Savior. She considers it a privilege to support parents as they raise their children to walk with God, and a privilege to care for children’s ministry at large through INCM.
Jessica graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with her teaching credential, but was shortly after blessed with the opportunity to stay home with her kiddos. During that time she served on her church’s preschool board for ten years and was on the Children’s leadership team for five years. Jessica fell in love with CPC after serving as a Volunteer. She loves to support the Children’s Ministry community as they pour into the lives of the youngest members of God’s Kingdom. Jessica, her husband Jonah, and three children now live in Santa Clarita, CA.
