“Jesus loves me this I know. For the Bible tells me so; Little ones to him belong, They are weak, but he is strong. Yes, Jesus loves me. Yes, Jesus loves me. Yes, Jesus loves me ….”

How many times have we sung this song?  And yet, I wonder today, do you know that Jesus loves you?  

Don’t brush past this.  

Sit for a minute with this question – Do I know that Jesus loves me?  

I’m not talking about what you do for him. I’m not talking about the way you show up faithfully over and over again. I’m not talking about the sermon you wrote, or the snacks you bought, or the sporting events you attended. I’m not talking about hospital visits or meal trains. I’m not talking about Vacation Bible School, Fall Festivals, or Christmas plays.
