Don’t tell anyone, but Early Childhood Ministry people are my favorites. They run on Jesus, coffee, and Goldfish, and they’re leading the littlest ones to Him in beautiful (very much behind-the-scenes) ways. Not only that, but they are also one of the primary influencers of whether or not new families are returning next Sunday.
These young parents are touched when their babies and toddlers are loved. They desire for their babies and toddlers to experience Bible stories and faith practices in meaningful ways, but many young parents just don’t know where to start. An early childhood ministry that provides a faithful foundation for little ones and a supportive community for parents can have untold impact.
Whether you are just starting to consider early childhood ministry possibilities or your existing program is thriving, we invite you to join us on Wednesday, March 8, at 12:00 pm CST for a FREE webinar with Dawn Rundman that is just for you!
Dawn is Director of Congregational Development at Sparkhouse, founder of her congregation’s Lambs early childhood ministry, and a frequent presenter on the intersections between early brain development and faith formation. Dawn holds a Ph.D. in developmental psychology and lives in the Twin Cities with her husband/prom date Jonathan and their two children.
In our time together, Dawn will combine foundational understandings of theology and child development with practical strategies to design an effective early childhood ministry. She’ll also include a closer look at Sparkhouse’s Frolic family of early childhood resources for churches and families.
