Meet Beth Guckenberger!

By July 13, 2017Uncategorized

Have you ever served closely with someone, and been able to point to them and say: “That one. They show me what Jesus looks like.” They’re the kind of people whose “disciple-ness” you really hope rubs off on your own.

For me, Beth Guckenberger is one of those people. Beth walks with Jesus. She knows His voice. Her faith is the stuff of Hebrews 11. That’s just a few of the thousands of reasons I’m grateful to share Beth will be returning at CPC18!

Beth and her husband, Todd, live with their family in Cincinnati, Ohio where they serve as Co-Executive Directors of Back2Back Ministries. After graduating from Indiana University, the Guckenbergers moved to Monterrey, Mexico where they lived for 15 years. Between biological, foster, and adopted children, they have raised ten children.

Beth is the author of eight books including adult and children’s titles. She travels and speaks regularly at conferences, youth gatherings and church services. Her style is based in story-telling and she draws from her vast field experience as a missionary, Bible teacher and parent for illustrations of biblical concepts.

You will want to be sure to check out her latest bookStart With Amen. This book is the premise of the new prayer experience that will take place the first morning of CPC18!

Year after year, she lovingly steps onto the stage at CPC and leads us into His presence. Her pastoral care and passion for this community is a transformative gift. We praise God for the way Beth is going to lead us to remember that we were made for telling the greatest story!

P.S. Did you know that we are going through Start With Amen together over on Facebook? Join us there for exclusive blogs, FB live videos with Beth, and discussion!
