Meet Beth Guckenberger!

Have you ever served closely with someone, and been able to point to them and say: “That one. They show me what Jesus looks like.” They’re the kind of people whose “disciple-ness” you really hope rubs off on your own.

For me, Beth Guckenberger is one of those people. Beth walks with Jesus. She knows His voice. Her faith is the stuff of Hebrews 11. That’s just a few of the thousands of reasons I’m grateful to share Beth will be returning at CPC18!

Beth and her husband, Todd, live with their family in Cincinnati, Ohio where they serve as Co-Executive Directors of Back2Back Ministries. After graduating from Indiana University, the Guckenbergers moved to Monterrey, Mexico where they lived for 15 years. Between biological, foster, and adopted children, they have raised ten children.

Beth is the author of eight books including adult and children’s titles. She travels and speaks regularly at conferences, youth gatherings and church services. Her style is based in story-telling and she draws from her vast field experience as a missionary, Bible teacher and parent for illustrations of biblical concepts.

You will want to be sure to check out her latest bookStart With Amen. This book is the premise of the new prayer experience that will take place the first morning of CPC18!

Year after year, she lovingly steps onto the stage at CPC and leads us into His presence. Her pastoral care and passion for this community is a transformative gift. We praise God for the way Beth is going to lead us to remember that we were made for telling the greatest story!

About Michayla White

As the Interim Executive Director for INCM, Michayla oversees the ministry of INCM and provides guidance for initiatives that inspire and equip the kidmin community. For the past eleven years, she has had the privilege of serving in children’s and family ministry. Prior to joining INCM, she served at a non-profit children's ministry organization in various capacities like media production, digital strategy, conferences, partnerships, and ministry program design. She has also enjoyed consulting for ministry friends and organizations. Michayla has a Bachelor’s in Psychology with specializations in Christian Counseling and Life Coaching from Liberty University. Her passion for children’s ministry started in middle school, and she was always involved in all aspects of her church’s children’s ministry. These experiences solidified a burning passion in her heart to serve those who serve children and families. Michayla married her best friend and childhood sweetheart. They are having a blast raising two little boys.
