Registration fees cover:
- 6 General Sessions
- 6 Meals (includes Dinner on the Town, dinner at a restaurant of your choice one evening)
- 6 Breakout Sessions (choose from over 120 breakouts)
- Over 100 Resource Providers
- Invaluable networking opportunities.

Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!
- A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 per-person is assessed for ALL cancellations and transfers to the next year.
- At any time, you may change/substitute the name on a registration without incurring the administration fee.
- Cancellation requests made more than 60 days before the conference you planned to attend allows for either reimbursement of the remaining monies or transfer of the remaining funds to the next year's conference.
- Cancellation requests made less than 21 days prior to the conference are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- All funds transferred are useable only for registration.
- Cancellation requests must be received in writing.
Children at CPC
Mothers who need to bring their nursing babies are welcome. However, we ask these mothers to be respectful of other conference participants. Should your baby become fussy and disruptive, please step outside the meeting room. Only individuals with a paid registration may occupy seats in our general sessions and breakout sessions.
