Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!

  • A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 per-person is assessed for ALL cancellations and transfers to the next year.
  • At any time, you may change/substitute the name on a registration without incurring the administration fee.
  • Cancellation requests made more than 60 days before the conference you planned to attend allows for either reimbursement of the remaining monies or transfer of the remaining funds to the next year’s conference.
  • Cancellation requests made less than 21 days prior to the conference are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • All funds transferred are useable only for registration.
  • Cancellation requests must be received in writing.


Children at CPC

Children are not eligible to attend the Children's Pastors' Conference. This conference is for adults who are working with children. Nursing babies are able to attend with their mother. We ask that you be respectful of those attending and take your baby out of any meeting where your child might be disruptive. Thank you.
