YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED BY FELLOWSHIP ONE. FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW WILL HELP MAKE YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS GO MUCH SMOOTHER!

1. You must first create an account that will give you access to Fellowship One; during the set up you will be asked for information on your position - please enter Other - extended family as your Position.

2. Once you have completed the account setup, you will be able to select the person you would like to register. If you are registering more than one person, there is a link on the top of the check out page to add another registrant. You will need to add ALL REGISTRANTS BEFORE you enter payment information.



Registration Confirmation
After completing your registration, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will contain your confirmation number and details of what you registered for. Please save this email for your records.

Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!

  • A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 per-person is assessed for ALL cancellations and transfers to the next year.
  • At any time, you may change/substitute the name on a registration without incurring the administration fee.
  • Cancellation requests made more than 60 days before the conference you planned to attend allows for either reimbursement of the remaining monies or transfer of the remaining funds to the next year's conference.
  • Cancellation requests made less than 21 days prior to the conference are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • All funds transferred are useable only for registration.
  • Cancellation requests must be received in writing.
