WHAT IS CPC?

CPC is the premier conference that focuses exclusively on children's ministry. You will spend four life-changing days with experts in children's ministry. You will hear quality speakers and performers throughout the conference while interacting with leaders who share your focus and passion.

“Thank you for a fantastic week in Nashville. God spoke to me in a mighty way this past week and I am very grateful to all of you for serving Him. Fantastic general sessions, awesome worship leader, and all of my workshops were wonderful. Great job!”

Continuing Education Units (CEU s)

INCM offers continuing education units (CEU’s) to those who desrie to certify their learning according to the standards of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training, but are not members of IACET. http://www.iacet.org/content/continuing-education-units.html

The Children’s Pastors’ Conference suggests one CEU according to this definition: “Ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.”

One additional CEU is offered for participation in the Fast Tracks.

Application for the CEUs from INCM is available by downloading here, completing and submitting this application to INCM Guest Services at the end of the conference. You also may submit the application electronically by emailing pamela.groeneman@incm.org

Academic Credit

Exciting news for College and Seminary Students and others who wish to obtain academic credit for their learning at CPC! A coalition of schools is offering 3 semester credit hours for either undergraduate or graduate credit.

The goal for each student is to develop their own learning contract with the assistance of an on site faculty advisor at Children’s Pastors’ Conference. Requirements for pre-work and reading assignments based on their learning goals are included in the syllabus. Fast Tracks (pre-conference training) and Breakout Sessions will be matched to correspond with individual student goals. Students will also evaluate various curricula and/or ministry programs in the Resource Center.

Students who are already enrolled in a university or seminary should contact their school to see if it is a member of the Academic Connection or click here for a listing. Non-enrolled participants at CPC who wish to receive academic credit may apply to Trinity International University (see syllabus attached) or contact one of the schools from the Academic Connection list.
Schools wishing to partner with the INCM Academic Connection may contact Pamela Groeneman at pamela.groeneman@incm.org. To View the Academic Charter, click here.

Cost: Costs vary according to the school you choose. Participants are responsible to pay registration fees for CPC in addition to normal tuition.

To Register: First, register for either Orlando or San Diego and select student rate. School confirmation is required to qualify for the student rate. Then, contact the college or seminary for information to register for academic credit.
