General Information
One of the important keys to a successful CPC is the team of volunteers that joins with the INCM staff to manage all of the conference details. We call them Conference Assistants or CA’s. These dedicated volunteers serve a vital role at CPC. They work in several areas: conference check-in, information center, breakouts, audio-visual, general sessions resource center, hospitality and other crucial areas of the conference. This volunteer position involves 5 days of diligent work and the joy of seeing it all come together with a team of fun loving, ministry minded people. Conference Assistants have a great time making new friends and working side by side with each other.
We know that those in children’s ministry are the best, whether paid or unpaid, and that is why we obtain our volunteers from this group of people. These people have attended at least one CPC in the past, and are able to provide incredible help as they have seen CPC through the eyes of an attendee. If you have attended at least one CPC, you may be interested in applying to be a Conference Assistant(CA).
