Since it’s beginning in 1980, the INCM leadership has had a world vision for training and resourcing children’s workers. In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s INCM and Children’s Pastors Conference sponsored global training of children’s leaders and workers through Sherry Ifft who conducted most of the international training efforts with primary emphasis in Russia. CPC attendees provided offerings that enabled Sherry to take many felt teaching units and other materials to Russian teachers and workers.
Since the earlier days of international training through Sherry, CPC offerings have expanded this training to many other countries.

I have spent eight years in children’s ministry and have gone to many conferences, but this is the first one that I went away from with a wealth of information. This conference helped me open my eyes to what I could do or do better to improve the quality of care that I provide. -Children’s Ministry Worker, Alaska
