Judy Comstock

Executive Director

Judy has a Master of Arts degree in Education Leadership and has served on the INCM Board of Directors for over 15 years. She brings to this position a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of children's ministry, as well as leadership development.

For the past 4 1/2 years, Judy has been the Director of Children's Ministries at Church of the Resurrection, a church of over 10,000, in Leawood, Kansas. Prior to this assignment, she was a teacher of the Gifted/Talented enrichment for 20 elementary schools in Dearborn, Michigan. While teaching school, Judy also served as Director of Christian Education in an inner-city church. She is author of the book, Children's Ministry, published by Abington Press. Judy is also on the board of the Dare to Dream grant division of For Kids Only, Inc.

Judy has been an INCM presenter for the Children's Ministry Seminar program and a Children's Pastors' Conference (CPC) workshop leader. She has served on several INCM ministry teams in planning and implementing a variety of initiatives over her years of volunteer service on the INCM Board of Directors.

Judy's passion for reaching children with the Gospel of Christ is part of her life long calling to children and ministry leadership.

Wayne Heinke

Assistant Executive Director

Wayne served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years and following that spent 13 years in the mortgage lending industry. During this time, he led Officers' Christian Fellowship home Bible studies, taught adult and children's Sunday school and was a speaker at various ministry events. Wayne assists the Executive Director in carrying out the INCM mission with his main emphasis being in the business and finance aspects of the ministry. He and his wife Sylvia have been married 40 years, have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Kimberly Hartwell

Director of Events

Kimberly has been involved in Christian ministries for the past 14 years. She is responsible for managing our Children's Pastors' Conferences and our new Reality Series events. Kimberly enjoys using her skills in event management to advance the kingdom of God. She and her husband Jay, and 1 year old boy, Noah Jay reside in Monument.

Alan Walker

Resource Director

Alan is responsible for recruiting, organizing and managing all aspects of the CPC Resource Center, as well as all retail sales related to all INCM related events.

An ex-Police Detective, Alan decided that after 9 years of volunteering along side the INCM staff at CPC, that if the door opened for a full time position, he would pursue the opportunity. In August of 2006, God opened that door and Alan jumped through and just celebrated his 1 year anniversary with the team.

Roxanne Walker

Training/Publications Director

Roxanne is responsible for recruiting, organizing, and managing all of the great partners and sponsors for INCM events. Roxanne loves interacting with people and serving the Lord through INCM. Roxanne is currently the longest-serving staff member. She and her husband Alan have four children and live in Castle Rock, CO.

Mary Lou Bishop

Bookkeeper

Mary Lou first served at INCM at the 1987 Children's Pastors' Conferences as a volunteer cook! Those were the days when CPC was still meeting in churches. Now she is a staff member in our finance department keeping us all balanced and organized. She is a lifelong Coloradoan and lives with her family just outside Castle Rock, CO.
